2011 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro in Gold Top finish. Specs:
- Mahogany weight-relieved body, maple cap
- Mahogany neck, bound rosewood fingerboard
- '60s slim neck shape
- Gibson 57 Classic neck and Burstbucker 3 bridge pickups with coil tap
- Grover locking tulip tuners
- Original hard shell case included
- Weight = 8 lbs 9 oz
The Traditional Pro series of Les Paul guitars are an outstanding value. You get locking tuners, neck binding, trapezoid inlays, and a really versatile set of pickups. The Traditional Pro also offers push/pull tone pots, allowing you split each humbucker into single coil mode independently. The weight on this guitar is ideal if you can't stand 10-lb Les Pauls. If you're looking for a Gold Top Les Paul with a slim neck, this is one of the few options available.
The condition of this guitar is excellent++ overall. The gloss gold top has no scratches or dings, and the satin back and neck are not worn or glossed over. The electronics are all stock and function perfectly and the frets show no wear. For a 15 year old guitar, it's in outstanding condition!
