Franz Sandner German 16.5 Advanced Viola: 1986 / Franz Sandner is a well known maker of violas, violins, and cellos since 1924 in Schonbach Germany. This is a 1986 model, from the German shop, that sold for 3395 in 1986 and I believe is now the model 905 (). It is in near mint condition throughout and beautiful. It was recently set-up with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi professional Viola strings and needs to be played in. Includes a 4 bow suspension case that protects well but shows some wear as picture attests.
