Clean, well-functioning hi hat. Solid spring action and good linkage. Notes: All parts present. All connections are solid and work well. Some looseness at linkage. All parts in good shape. Linkage between footboard and pull rod solid and functions smoothly. Toe spike present and functional. Original clutch and fiber bottom cymbal washer. Felts modern. Rubber feet modern. Worm drive clamp added as memory lock. Negatives: Some corrosion on lower legs along w some pitting/flaking. Not unsightly, but there. I find it to be reliable, light weight w/o being flimsy, w moderate spring action and quite solid. Not noiseless but not audible when playing either.
