Synclavier ii PSMT 1985

PLEASE READ: I bought this instrument several years ago after having owned 2 others. They are remarkable to say the least, but this unit did not have the computer interface, so it is untested. The unit powers up, the boot disc is read and loads from the hard drive, so it is probably 90% there. (see short video to see disc drive operating) That said, a Mac computer running Synclavier's Termulator X program is needed (it is downloadable from Synclavier's website), and the proper interface and cabling between the computer and the tower need to be figured out. I have not been able to get my Mac to recognize the Synclavier hardware, so there could be something wrong with a connection under the hood, but I also am flying blind and may not have the proper cables and connectors. There are a number of included cables (see pics), and I also have been talking to a former tech from New England Digital, who has been helpful in getting me started, but I don't have the time to work on this right now, so it is offered up for sale. The previous owner told me that it has 16 stereo voices, and stereo sampling, but again, I can't verify that because of the lack of a computer interface. The tower is built into it's own road case, and the VPK keyboard also has an included flight case. Please note, the IMac computer shown in the video is NOT included in the sale).
