Rare Golden Gate B♭ Trumpet—Made by Kanstul
Uncommon Golden Gate B♭ trumpet, serial number 4106, manufactured by Kanstul Musical Instruments in Anaheim, California. This private-label instrument appears to be closely related to the well-regarded Kanstul 610.
The trumpet is in excellent condition and was recently professionally serviced. All valves and slides move freely, and the horn plays very well. It has only small superficial scratches and minor cosmetic blemishes due to recent dentwork. Golden Gate trumpets were apparently produced in small numbers for the Bay Area market and are rarely encountered.
Includes a protective case and Yamaha 7C mouthpiece—a complete, ready-to-play package for an advancing student, comeback player, working musician, or anyone seeking a well-built American-made trumpet with unusual local history.
