Attached (see pic) of written quote from Larrivee

• L09 BRZ would cost - $18,649 to $20,649 ( and I am pricing mine at 50% of that ).

Note: this2010 L-09 BRZ is a much better guitar than any new build. OLD Growth Brazilian b/s, 26 year old perfectly stable neck, no flaws, carefully played in and opened up (i.e. "open up" meaning the wood becomes more resonant and produces a richer, warmer sound)

Straight grained & quarter sawn Old Growth Brazilian (which almost doesn't exist anymore).

** FREE ** Fancy Rose pickguard - see last picture (will be in case compartment) Orig velvet lined case

Great acoustic voice, acoustic volume and playability. Condition is amazing. This guitar is an absolute JOY to play. Wonderful deep melodic Bass!!!! Plays like butter.

• I have a demo video of this guitar - available upon request!
• included youtube vid (last pic) is a regular L09 - not mine but offered for your convenience

The Holy Grail of guitar tone woods - Old Growth Brazilian Rosewood!!!

Top is tight grained quarter sawn British Columbia Canada Sitka top

From Sweetwater description of standard L09:

"The Larrivee L-09 is defined by its high-quality construction and thoughtful design. With an L-shaped body and a "C/D" neck profile, you’re getting a guitar with a unique build that is easy to play, plus a body that feels exceptional. Carefully selected Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood tonewoods distribute a rich, full-bodied sound. With a bone nut and saddle, an ebony fretboard, and a tortoise plastic pickguard, this guitar looks just as good as it sounds." (Sweetwater quote)

I recently purchased LR Baggs Lyric pickup & had guitar tech install it. NEW LR Baggs Internal acoustic condenser microphone, it utilizes "Tru-Mic" technology. It’s hard to imagine anything working any better than the L.R. Baggs Lyric." (SCOTT NYGAARD, Acoustic Guitar Magazine Editor)

"Old growth" Brazilian rosewood specifically refers to wood harvested from mature, living trees decades ago; with a distinctive color range (chocolate/black to brick red/orange) and tight grain pattern. Straight grained Brazilian is the most desirable for guitars.
