1995 Washburn South Side GPA30 Blues & Rock. Very Good Condition

1995 Washburn South Side GPA30. Serial # 950501196. These amps are getting hard to find with good reason. They were only made in 1995 and were supposed to be Rory Gallaghers signature amp. He used a GPA15 in some tracts on his last album Fresh Evidence before he was called away from the world. I have a many, many practice amps and this one is a favorite, plays way above it's solid state design. Blues and rock is were it excells, cystal clear clean channel and strong complex overdrive channel. Dirty channel is very much dependent on all the level settings. It has a classic or modern style tone selector and allows you to find your sweet spot. Heavy distortion can get down in the dirt and loud while still maintaining clarity and dept. I have also owned the GPA15 version but find the 30 has more punch and deeper tones that the 15. Amp is in great shape and everything works as designed. It has one little snag in the front bottom left corner. See second to last picture. Very clean has never left my home. Hardwired 8' power cord.
