very limited release i purchased straight from sweetwater presale. I will be removing the South Park sticker once purchased. It does include a gig bag! i replaced the tuners with locking tuners. Everything else is stock. I love this guitar tremendously and is extremely rare. Here are the specs from fender directly:

combining a Jazzmaster-inspired body shape with a shorter 24.75-inch Gibson-style scale length. The Powercaster pairs the warmth and punch of a P90 neck pickup with the high-output bite of a bridge humbucker. Its shorter scale length and lightweight, compact offset shape give it a fast, agile feel suited for rock, punk, and alternative styles.
