This model was Gibson’s attempt at a USA made budget guitar and was universally hated for subpar pickups, wiring, tuners, and bridge. I decided to upgrade everything on this and make it awesome.
Fishman Fluence active modern pickups, pots, and electronics, coil split for single coil option. Locking Grover tuners. Hipshot baby grand bridge. Upgraded pickguard and knobs. Now this is guitar is what it should have been. The neck on this is incredible, quartersawn maple, comfortable C shape, great fretwork. Just in case these decide to go up in value in the future, the terrible original pickups, bridge, tuners, and pickguard are included so it can be returned to stock.
