Fender The Edge Deluxe – Hand-Wired ’57 Deluxe – Rare
For sale is my Fender The Edge Deluxe, the limited-production version of Fender’s legendary ’57 Deluxe, developed with The Edge of U2.
Hand-wired in the USA and fitted with a Celestion Alnico Blue, this is a fantastic sounding 5E3-style tweed amp with a few carefully chosen changes from the standard ’57 Deluxe.
These were only produced for a relatively short period and are now increasingly difficult to find, particularly in the UK.
Beautiful warm tweed cleans, superb touch sensitivity and that classic natural Deluxe overdrive when pushed. Around 12 watts, so ideal for recording, home use and gigs.
Excellent condition and fully working.
£1,895
Collection preferred due to the value and weight, although I’m happy to discuss delivery.
