ESP LTD EC-2025 50th Anniversary Guitar Metallic Gold

ESP LTD EC-2025 50th Anniversary Guitar Metallic Gold

The EC-2025 50th Anniversary delivers a thin, fast-playing neck profile paired with a set-thru body construction that yields excellent sustain and upper-fret access. Its striking Metallic Gold finish with black hardware immediately distinguishes this limited-edition instrument, while the premium mahogany body with maple cap and macassar ebony fretboard provide both visual appeal and sonic warmth. Built to celebrate ESP's five decades of excellence, this commemorative model combines heritage craftsmanship with professional-grade hardware and electronics.

Playability & Feel

The 3-piece mahogany neck features a thin "U" contour that facilitates fast, comfortable performance across the fretboard. 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets on a 350 mm radius macassar ebony fingerboard deliver smooth playability and enhanced durability, while the 24.75" scale and 42 mm nut width provide familiar ergonomics for players accustomed to traditional Les Paul-style instruments. Set-thru construction ensures the neck extends into the body cavity, maximizing resonance and access to all registers.

Tone & Electronics

The pairing of a Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro neck pickup with an ESP-exclusive Seymour Duncan Custom 14 bridge pickup covers a wide tonal spectrum from warm, articulate clean sounds to aggressive high-gain tones. A push/pull tone control engages coil-splitting for single-coil character, expanding sonic flexibility, while LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece guarantee rock-solid tuning stability across aggressive playing and extended sessions.
