Fender Hammertone Overdrive

An ultra-versatile, transparent drive that delivers rich, warm breakup without masking the natural voice of your guitar or amp. Designed by Fender's resident tone guru Stan Cotey, the Hammertone Overdrive features a custom-designed analog circuit that scales cleanly from a subtle boost to dynamic tube-style crunch.

Key Features & Technical Specs:

  • Controls: Gain, Level, Tone, and a dedicated Pre-Gain Bass Boost toggle switch.
  • Tone Shaping: Pre-gain bass boost switch allows you to fatten up single-coils or keep the low end tight when running into a warm tube amp.
  • Bypass & Hardware: True Bypass switching with top-mounted input/output jacks for easy pedalboard integration.
  • Power: Standard 9V DC center-negative power supply or 9V battery (not included).
  • Enclosure: Rugged, road-worthy hammered aluminum finish with vintage-style Fender knobs.

Condition & What’s Included:

  • Condition: Excellent. Clean cosmetic condition with minimal signs of use; fully tested and operating 100% as intended.
  • Packaging: Ships in its original Fender box with original factory packaging and paperwork.
