The A/DA MP-1 Guitar Preamp is a legendary, rackmountable preamp renowned for its versatile tone-shaping capabilities and high-quality sound. First introduced in the late 1980s, the MP-1 has since become an iconic piece of gear, revered for its classic, tube-like warmth and its ability to deliver everything from clean, sparkling tones to rich, saturated distortion.  The MP-1 Classic takes the original and adds a few tweaks and fixes common issues with the original. It has 128 Presets, and offers Distortion, Chorus, and EQ.  The MP-1 was frequently used in 80s Heavy Metal including Nuno Bettencourt, Paul Gilbert, and James Hetfield.
