This 1955 Fender Champ has a beautifully aged look, characteristic of Tweed amps from this era. Its classic small-format design makes it equally at home in the studio or mic’d up on stage in front of thousands. The 5C1 circuit features an octal 6SJ7 preamp tube, known for its unique midrange character compared to later 9-pin types. Internally, the power cord and electrolytic caps have been replaced, along with 2 power resistors. Otherwise, everything else is original.
