Ableton Push 1 - Needs Repairs.. Pads don't output MIDI -- Everything else works!

This was purchased from a studio liquidation.
I can't get the pads to output MIDI for whatever reason. Everything else seems to work great, all the knobs, the screen is responsive, and the transport controls, etc. The pads light up great and even respond when I'm playing an instrument w/ a different controller.
Unit was cleaned of the sticky rubberized coating.
This is being sold as-is and will need some repairs, etc.
