This rare olive green Mustang was made for a short period of time under Fender's "offset series" lineup (2016-2017), which was a precursor to what would later become their Player series of electric guitars.

I absolutely loved the color, but not so much the maple fingerboard, so I upgraded the neck to a 100% authentic Made in USA Fender in beautiful rosewood pulled from a 2013 American Special.

The neck features a modern 9.5" radius, 22 frets, 'Oval-C' shape, and locking Fender tuners. All the documentation is attached in the photo carousel.

Condition wise, this guitar shows a few signs of wear, principally on the back where some buckle rash can be seen as well as some light gold colored scuffing on the rails (both pictured). The front facing portion of the guitar, however, is free from any scratches or imperfections. All the electronics function perfectly and the guitar sounds amazing.

I'd also like to point out that all of the work performed on this instrument was professionally done by legendary guitar tech and luthier Eric 'Chaz' Czechanski out of his shop inside the famed Sound City recording studio in Van Nuys, California. Put frankly, I fully believe you will not play a better guitar than one set up by this man. That said, I'm happy to offer a two week return window for this guitar if you don't agree.

Pictured is the original maple neck I took off the guitar as proof of the Mustang's provenance, the neck itself is not included in the sale. I will, however, include the pure white pickguard also pictured as I thought at one time about swapping it for the pearloid but never did.

I'm also very confident that you won't find another guitar like this one for sale anywhere else right now. So if you dig a completely authentic Fender Mustang in this beautiful olive green with an all American rosewood fretboard, then this is your girl.
