Today at EGV we have a 1973 Gibson ES-355 freshly set up by our guitar tech, and ready to play.

This old Gibson was just recently refretted by our guitar tech with a new nut, new saddles were added to the original bridge, and it has a very professional headstock repair. If it wasn’t for black light, you would never know this had a headstock repair.
We also had the wiring harness replaced with a modern mono wiring harness using traditional 50’s wiring, so no funky cables needed to play this one on stage. The original stereo wiring harness is included in the original hardshell case.
In summary, this guitar has all the original parts with the exception of saddles, pickguard, and frets, and plays as well as you would expect it to with brand new frets. I would argue this is one of the best sounding and playing vintage 335 style guitars on the market!
