1995 Fender Am Standard--Special Release with matching headstock--Rare Seafoam Green--Fender limited Color series. The history of these cool, painted headstock models is really interesting. From January of 1995 - June of 1996 Fender made a very limited production run of these guitars in a few select custom colors. They were available in Sea Foam Green, Candy Apple Red, Lake Placid Blue, Ocean Turquoise, Olympic White and Burgandy Mist. Fender would run two colors for a 6 month period and then swap to another pair which made availability on each color more limited.

Serial number reads N556310 July 1995 so this would have been the 2nd batch running till the end of the year

The Seafoam Green is for sure the hardest to find---Very Cool Piece and it's in outstanding shape- It has been played so it does have some very light scratching or pick swirls small dings/knicks--Comes with upgraded noiseless Fender pickups that sound fantastic—I initially thought they were stock but someone’s mentioned that they were more than likely not —Original would have been plain American standard so I feel this definitely is an upgrade—-Original Fender hard Case--I'll be listing several Fender Strat's in Rare hard to find colors--most all have been hanging on my wall for years , played very sparingly so I'm sure they could all use a set up but it still plays fantastic and sounds great--
