The medium-thin weight makes it suitable for a wide range of playing styles, including rock, pop, blues, jazz, worship, studio recording, and general-purpose use.

The cymbal weighs approximately 2.8 lbs (1,270 grams).

The cymbal is stamped Avedis Zildjian Co., Genuine Turkish Cymbals, Made in U.S.A. The serial number begins with JA, dating this cymbal to 2001.
