This guitar was used by a female guitar teacher in the Connecticut area who took phenomenal care of the instrument throughout its lifetime. It has been set up and cleaned regularly; there are virtually no scratches on the instrument whatsoever, just the natural degradation of the nitro finish. The reason I say this is unique, is because the have the subtle player wear that this instrument has without the dozens of dings and scratches that come along with it is not common, but here it is possible, as this instrument has never been to a gig.
