Single horn with case, leather strap, and mouthpiece. Maintained and kept in fantastic condition. Was used for a few years in the 80s then kept in storage until recently serviced and cleaned. Light cosmetic damage, (shown above on side pipe and lower area of bell) but horn functions excellently. All rotors are smooth and slides fit perfectly. Tone sounds great and it feels great to play, as all Yamahas do. Case is also in fantastic condition with slight scratches on the outer shell.
I am selling this horn, as I am not a horn player, (trust me, I tried) but this should be a fantastic horn for a beginning horn player (middle-high school level). I just hope whoever adopts this horn will get more use out of it (and make better sounds) than I ever will.
