Ultra rare 1997 Fender American Vintage ’52 Telecaster “Coppercaster” — One of Only 150 Produced

Here’s a rare 1997 Fender American Vintage ’52 Telecaster Coppercaster, from the extremely limited first Coppercaster run of only 150 instruments produced worldwide. These early Coppercasters have become highly sought-after collector pieces and rarely come up for sale.

This example has phenomenal natural green patina from genuine playing wear, along with beautiful natural nitrocellulose lacquer checking throughout. The aging and character on this guitar are absolutely spectacular — this is honest, natural wear and aging, not an artificially relic’d guitar.
