At the heart of the Session DI is a 100% analog, all-discrete signal path built around a high-graded FET input preamp. To further sculpt your sound, the pedal incorporates analog saturation to blend in smooth harmonic content for added warmth, alongside a proprietary 3-band compressive-EQ (Comp-EQ) that transparently tames problem frequencies without crushing your dynamic playing range.

Constructed from a rugged blend of aluminum, steel, and ABS plastic, the Session DI is built to withstand the rigors of the road. It also includes indispensable live utilities such as a Garret Null notch filter to combat stubborn feedback, a variable high-pass filter to clean up low-end rumble, a visual VU meter for quick gain staging, and multiple power options including 9V battery, 9V DC supply, or 48V phantom power.
