This is an excellent to mint condition Jackson USA 1998 Custom Shop Randy Rhoads Polka Dot Tribute Flying V with OHSC, Tribute Book, Disc, Waranty Card, tools, RR polka dot guitar pick and case key.

*If you're looking at this then you know what it is and how rare they are. Only 150 of these were made and this one is #132. This one also comes with the Randy Rhoads tribute book and interview disc that came with these. These 2 items are usually not included anytime you may find one of these guitars for sale. So they are very rare by themselves. This guitar is from my personal collection and it has been stored in my home studio since I purchaed it. This guitar is all original, has no issues and is ready to go.

**I am NOT interested in any trades so please don't ask.

CONDITION:
Please review all the photos as they are a part of the description and show the guitars condition and what's included. This guitar is very clean all the way around. There's maybe a few minute marks here or there in the clear coat. But, nothing that I can et to show up in any of the photos. All hardware is clean, no fret wear and the electronics are perfect. The original case and all contents are also very clean with some slight marks here and there. The case interior is perfect. There's not really anything else to say here. Condition is very subjective but I describe everything as best I can and I do have a 100% positive seller rating. If you have any questions please ask.

*Shipping indicated is for the lower 48 States only and includes insurance. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii would be much higher.
