The Banshee GT FR combines an ergonomic ultra-thin neck with rock-solid hardware designed for aggressive playing. Its 25.5" scale and set-neck construction deliver the playability and tonal stability expected from a modern high-performance machine. This B-stock unit carries minor cosmetic imperfections—fret binding cracks and a white spot on the body—but is fully functional and ready to play without compromise.
Playability & Build QualityThe ultra-thin 'U' profile neck measures just .748" at the first fret and .787" at the 12th fret, enabling comfortable access across the entire fingerboard with minimal hand fatigue. 3-piece maple construction with carbon fiber reinforcement rods paired with an ebony fretboard and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 14" radius deliver fast, responsive playing across extended sessions. Ultra access set-neck design balances structural integrity with practical upper-fret accessibility.
Tone & ElectronicsActive EMG 81 bridge and EMG 60 neck pickups deliver high-output clarity and sustain characteristic of professional-grade circuits. The Floyd Rose Special 'Hot Rod' locking tremolo (Schecter exclusive) provides rock-solid tuning stability for aggressive bends and whammy bar work, while the 9-volt clip-in active battery compartment powers the signal path. 3-way switch, volume, and tone controls offer versatile shaping across multiple genres.
