Rare and sought after Vintage Akai S612 12 bit Sampler. These are not seen for sale often as they are so desirable due to the unique sample loop function where you can scan through the sample start and end points in a granular fashion. The sampler sounds great, lo fi and is simple and hands on to use. Amazing sounding low pass filter and lfo. Just sample into it and zero menu diving or messing around. There is multiple sample rates to choose from using a midi keyboard to select. It’s all in good functional working condition. Everything works and has minor cosmetic where expected for a sampler this age. 2 of the pot caps are missing these can simply be replaced with standard pots. There is now a mod available where you can midi cc the lfo and low pass filter but I never thought this was necessary as it’s so quick and hands on to edit. Will be packaged with care.
