This is the ADAT/Optical module on the Hapi Merging MKII
It's fully functional, however one of the optical cable "doors" is broken, the plastic cover isn't there
If you insert a cable it attaches fine and transmits signal, but it doesn't clip fully securely
The other adat input is perfectly fine physically
Consider this as a part or if you're ok with a loose cable potentially but fully functional card
