Classic model 1985 Alembic Persuader P/J 4 string matte natural finish.

Original manufacturer spec sheet and warranty paperwork included!

4.19kg, slim neck medium 32" scale. With flame maple laminate, bubinga top on mahogany, bubinga veneers, ebony fretboard. Alembic circuit replaced professionally with original (see the last pic of notes by the Japanese music retail giant Ishibashi whom I bought this bass from), and the old one is included. Volume trim already adjusted. In other words it is fully serviced, electronics refreshed, and ready for action. It only has some light scratches, for its age it is in very good clean condition. It looks magnificent, even better in person, and plays like a typical Alembic.

Jazz purists' jaws may drop in horror seeing the association with a metal guy like Jason Newsted but I'm pretty sure no complaints from Alembic back then. He used a very similar bass circa 1987-89. This is a bonafide classic model in sure to please bass aficionados of any genre.

Original hardcase and Alembic paperwork included. Other items for photography purposes only

Please review the pics, all the pics above were taken of the most recent condition, or ask any questions if in doubt of something I may have have left out. As such, those people of a nervous disposition or expecting everything perfect are advised not to trouble themselves or me.
