Delivery & Shipment We ship the goods by EMS (Express Service by Japan post) with a tracking number. We will ship the goods within 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays) after receipt of cleared payment. We only ship to Paypal confirmed address.
We ship guitars in a double cardboard box (8mm thickness) with a plenty of bubble sheets, and with stickers outside. Proper packing will minimize the chance of damaging a guitar. For South America, we will have to disassemble the body and the neck due to cargo size limitations.
