Cosmetically, it's a bit rough - the top "rubberized" surface was turning to goo, so i cleaned it off to the plastic surface. The feet are a little rough.
Functionally, it's perfect. All the face buttons, side buttons, and both gyro directions are perfect, and all the face buttons light up.
