2016 Gibson SG Junior – Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Humbucker – Banner Logo – OHSC

Excellent-condition 2016 Gibson SG Junior in Vintage Cherry, featuring the vintage-style Gibson script logo and distinctive “Only a Gibson Is Good Enough” banner on the back of the headstock.

This SG Junior has been upgraded with a Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Humbucker Under P-90 Dog Ear bridge pickup. This specialty pickup retains the compact dog-ear footprint while housing a true dual-coil humbucker. The underside is clearly labeled “S. D. Custom Shop – BRIDGE.”

A previous owner also installed a mini-toggle switch for an alternate pickup voicing. The previous owner believed the switch to be a coil tap, but I have not independently verified the wiring or exact function, so I am selling it simply as an added pickup-voicing switch rather than making a definitive claim about its configuration.

The guitar itself is in excellent overall condition, showing only light signs of normal use. The Vintage Cherry finish looks great and allows plenty of the mahogany grain to show through.

It is also exceptionally lightweight at just 5 lb 7.3 oz.

The original Gibson hardshell case is in good overall condition and protects the guitar properly; however, one of the case latches is broken, as reflected in the condition/price.
