1964 Fender Jaguar – Sunburst – All Original – Original Case & 1960s Booklet
For sale is an exceptional 1964 Fender Jaguar in classic Sunburst finish, made in the USA during Fender’s highly desirable pre-CBS era.
This is a completely original vintage Jaguar, preserved with its original case and original 1960s booklet. It is a wonderful example: lightweight, resonant, comfortable and full of that unmistakable early-’60s Fender character.
The guitar has the classic Jaguar feel and sound — short scale, fast neck, articulate attack, bright and punchy single-coil tone, excellent note separation and a very dynamic response. It is perfect for surf, indie, alternative, garage, rock, pop, studio work and collectors looking for a truly original pre-CBS Fender offset.
The Sunburst finish looks beautiful and gives the guitar a timeless vintage presence. Most importantly, this is not only a collectible piece, but also a fantastic player — light, lively and inspiring in the hands.
