A 2006 Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster (NOS) has arrived in stock.

The greatest appeal of this particular guitar lies in its jet-black fingerboard with tightly packed wood grain—a high-quality fingerboard reminiscent of vintage models.

Of course, the finish is the popular yet rare Burgundy Mist Metallic.

The topcoat has yellowed slightly over time, adding to the guitar’s charm.

The fingerboard specifications include a 7.25” radius and Vintage-style frets. While many recent Custom Shop models feature a 9.5” radius with taller frets, the charm of this guitar lies precisely in its Vintage-style fingerboard specs.

The frets show signs of wear primarily on the low frets of strings 1 through 3 and into the mid-fret range; approximately 80% of the original frets remain.

The volume pot has been replaced.

The guitar is equipped with Custom Shop pickups.

It features a 5-way lever switch.

The tone wiring is vintage-style.

As can be inferred from the condition of the frets, the guitar was clearly cherished as a cherished instrument, and there are signs of wear and damage throughout.

In particular, there is a dent approximately 2 centimeters in size on the side of the horn near the 6th string.

The truss rod functions properly and still has some adjustment range remaining.

This is a guitar that exudes character, bearing the battle-scarred marks unique to a “Non Damage” specification NOS instrument.

Don’t miss out!
