Item: Seymour Duncan Custom Shop DD1 "HoleShot" Bridge Trembucker!

Condition: New (Other) - OEM/Open Box.

Details: This rare pickup was designed by famous amp designer Jeff Diamant of Diamond Amplification in 2010 and built by the Seymour Duncan Custom Shop exclusively for use in select Diamond/DBZ guitars.

Jeff's goal was to create a "hot" pickup that could rival the output and soloing prowess of the JB model, but which offered a more balanced EQ profile to let more of an amp's own character shine through.

Compared to the JB, the DD1 has better low-end clarity and a warmer, smoother top end, but retains the JB's punchy feel, fluid soloing character, and responsive harmonic qualities.

The DD1 "Holeshot" is an excellent choice for adding more output, body, and tonal balance to any guitar that sounds a bit weak, bright, or thin on its own!

Reverb won't let me list this item as "new" because I am not an authorized Seymour Duncan dealer. However, this pickup has never been used or installed in a guitar. Because it was OEM-supplied, it will not come in retail packaging, but it will be packaged well for safe shipping.
