This 2025 Gibson Les Paul Studio Session in Cherry combines the versatility of Gibson’s modern Studio Session with an outstanding set of Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Antiquity humbuckers.

These are the special four-conductor Antiquities with non-aged nickel covers, allowing all four factory push/pull functions to remain fully operational. The original Seymour Duncan Custom Shop pickup box is included, with the pickup specifications and the famous initials of legendary master winder Maricela “MJ” Juarez written directly on the box.

The Seymour Duncan Antiquities give this guitar an open, dynamic PAF-style voice with excellent clarity, touch sensitivity and vintage character. Because these are the Custom Shop four-conductor versions, the Studio Session’s complete push/pull switching system remains intact.

Both volume knobs provide coil-splitting. Pulling the rhythm tone knob activates the out-of-phase sound when both pickups are selected. Pulling the treble tone knob engages the direct-output bypass, routing the bridge pickup straight to the output regardless of the other control settings. This produces an immediate full-output bridge sound that works beautifully for leads.

The guitar has also received professional fretwork performed by hand, providing excellent playability across the fingerboard.

CONDITION

The guitar is in excellent overall condition and has been carefully maintained. It presents beautifully, with a glossy Cherry finish and clean frets. There may be very light cosmetic or handling marks that are difficult to see except under close inspection or direct lighting.Excellent overall condition .
