Seagull S6 Collection 1982 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar - Natural | No Limit Guitar Co, Idaho Falls

To celebrate the acclaimed Seagull S6, on the market for over 40 years, Seagull introduces the S6 Collection 1982 — a guitar that revisits the S6 of the 1980s while incorporating all the best features of Seagull guitars at an even more affordable price. Made entirely in Canada from sustainably sourced wood, the S6 Collection 1982 wins you over in both price and character.

Product Overview

The S6 Collection 1982 follows the design of the S6 Original with retro S6 features and a shorter 24.84" scale. Like all Seagull guitars, it's made entirely in Canada from sustainably sourced wood. It features a pressure-tested solid cedar top with Canadian wild cherry back and sides for superior tone, projection, and response.

The natural semi-gloss finish allows the instrument to vibrate naturally, giving the S6 Collection 1982 a characteristic tone that's bright, rich, warm, and balanced. Retro-'80s aesthetic touches — including the period headstock shape and Seagull logo — complete this 100% Canadian acoustic guitar's throwback look.

Seagull remains committed to selecting the best components available and building them into instruments that stay affordable, and the S6 Collection 1982 carries that principle forward with a Graphtech nut, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a 14:1 machine head ratio for reliable tuning.

• Players wanting classic S6 tone and character at an accessible price point
• Guitarists drawn to retro '80s styling and a shorter, more comfortable scale length
• Musicians of all levels, from beginners to working professionals
