Gibson Grabber Bass 1975
SHIPPING TO LOWER 48 ONLY
Sad to see this one go, but it should be with someone who is gonna play it more than I did
This is the second Grabber I've owned. The body is a lot lighter than the first one I had. Speaking of the body it's in pretty good shape. Someone before me brought the finish down to a satin. They left the neck alone, though the back of the neck has a little wear between the 9th and 13th frets. The frets are in decent shape, but could use a good polishing. Overall, pretty nice shape for its age with no cracks or breaks or issues with the electronics
Hardware wise seems to be 100% original besides the tuners. Don't know the story behind those. They function just fine, but work the opposite direction than typical. Left handed tuners? I don't know. I had plans to get different tuners at some point but here we are!
The case is in good shape for being over 50, and contains the hangtag. Sweet!
So the only real downside to report is it kinda has a funky smell. Personally, I love stinky old Norlin Gibsons, but wanted to disclose that so there are no surprises
Please let me know if you have questions, or wanna see anymore pics of anything specific
