Mid 60s Ludwig 14x20 Bass Drum in Green Sparkle.

This uncommon drum is in excellent condition with minimal and even fading and signs of use and age, but no major scratches or dings in the wrap.

Date stamp on interior appears to read July 29, 1966.
Serial #353xxx also points to 1966.

Factory installed diamond plate and cymbal mount; no extra holes.

Interior looks super clean.

Original heads in VG condition.
There is wear on the hoops as can be expected on a drum of this age. Upon taking photos of the interior, I noticed the scratch at the bottom of the front hoop is actually a hairline crack in the hoop only; it’s actually surprisingly stable and tuning isn’t affected.
The chrome is beautiful, with minimal to no pitting.

This is a clean green machine that doesn’t come around often.
