Beautiful example of Fender’s Limited Edition 60th Anniversary ’58 Jazzmaster, built in January 2018 as a tribute to the original 1958 Jazzmaster prototype.

Fender produced just 600 of these worldwide, with 500 allocated to the U.S. market, making this a genuinely limited anniversary model rather than a standard-production reissue.

This model pairs an ash body in thin 2-color sunburst lacquer with a gloss nitrocellulose-lacquered maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 7.25" vintage radius, 21 vintage-tall frets, bone nut, clay-dot inlays and Pure Vintage single-line “Fender Deluxe” tuners.

A pair of Pure Vintage ’65 Jazzmaster single-coils delivers the wide, open sound these guitars are known for, with the traditional lead/rhythm circuits and vintage-style floating tremolo with lock and push-in arm. The gold anodized aluminum pickguard against the 2-color sunburst is especially striking.

The guitar has picked up honest play wear consistent with its thin, vintage-style nitrocellulose lacquer finish, as shown in the photos.
