Original-generation Shure Beta 57, purchased new by me in the early 1990s. This is the original Beta 57, not the later/current Beta 57A.
Includes:
Original Shure Beta 57 microphone
Authentic Shure microphone clip
Authentic Shure storage case
The original Beta 57 is a supercardioid dynamic microphone designed for instrument recording and sound reinforcement, with excellent source separation and rejection of unwanted off-axis sound. Great for guitar cabinets, drums, percussion and other instruments.
Adult owned and used exclusively in my smoke- and pet-free home studio. It has spent most of its life stored in a sealed container and remains in excellent condition for its age.
The microphone has been carefully cleaned and the original deteriorated internal acoustic foam was replaced with new foam. No other modifications have been made. It is clean, fully functional and ready to use.
Includes the original Shure storage pouch and authentic Shure microphone clip shown in the photos.
I purchased two of these new at the same time in the early 1990s and currently have both available separately.
