This used Supro amp will ship insured and inspected from Rapid City, SD. It is in Good condition with a large tear in top left of the the cabinet and grill cloth, tearing on the top right side of the grill cloth, a gouge in the cabinet on the back left side, wear on the back right side of the cabinet, and overall age wear.

The Supro Black Magick Reverb Combo delivers the kind of rich, unruly all-tube character that makes you want to turn up and see where it takes you. Its two independent preamp channels give you different shades of the Supro voice, from the more agile response of Input 2 to the thick, muscular sound you get by linking the channels through the 1 + 2 input. At the heart of it is a Class A power section with a matched pair of 6973 tubes and a custom Supro output transformer, paired with a custom 12-inch BD12 speaker designed to capture the character of the original Supro amps associated with Jimmy Page. It has plenty of sweetness when you want it, but dig in and it answers with that unmistakable snarl.

The Black Magick Reverb also has the kind of built-in effects that become part of the amp’s personality rather than feeling like extras. Its three-spring analog reverb is driven through both channels before being blended with the dry signal, giving you everything from a subtle sense of space to a deep, surfy wash. The tube-based tremolo adds another layer of movement, with independent speed and depth controls and twice the speed range of the original Black Magick. A two-band EQ and master volume round things out, making it easy to shape the amp for everything from warm, spacious cleans to gritty, responsive overdrive.

Just as impressive is the way the Black Magick Reverb feels as an object. Black Rhino Hide tolex, sparkling Supro silver-and-black grille cloth, white welting, a dog-bone handle, and an engraved headplate give it the presence of a true boutique-inspired classic, while the selectable 16-, 8-, and 4-ohm output options add flexibility for different speaker setups.
