It's a 24.5" scale guitar that features an interior hollow tone chamber - part of what makes this guitar so light. The neck is an ebonized maple fingerboard with a 1-3/4" nut width. The original pickups, volume, and tone controls all work great. The original rare atomic logo pickguard and black/white knobs are intact. The pickup selector was modified at one point in the guitar's life, the selections go from neck pickup, to both pickups, to no pickup. In effect, the third pickup selection is a killswitch. The thicker, wider neck is comfortable to play and the strings ring out clearly across the board.
