Here’s a wonderfully simple, lightweight piece of Gibson history: a 2011 Gibson Melody Maker, finished in classic Worn Cherry and kept in excellent condition.

The Melody Maker has always been about getting straight to the essentials—lightweight construction, a comfortable set neck, simple controls and plenty of raw Gibson character. This 2011 version is especially cool with its dual single-coil pickup configuration, giving it considerably more tonal flexibility than the traditional single-pickup Melody Maker.

The thin satin-style cherry finish lets the grain show through beautifully, while the large black pickguard and vintage-style white-button tuners give the guitar an unmistakably old-school Gibson appearance.
