The PRS 40th Anniversary Custom 24-08 Semi-Hollow Limited Edition celebrates four decades of PRS with a distinctive combination of classic Custom 24 design, semi-hollow construction, and expanded electronics.
Its 10-Top figured maple top is paired with a mahogany back and a single F-hole, giving the guitar a more open and resonant character while retaining the familiar feel of the Custom 24 platform. A one-piece mahogany neck with PRS Pattern Thin profile is matched with a ziricote fingerboard and matching ziricote headstock veneer, along with special 40th Anniversary appointments.
A pair of PRS TCI pickups provides the core voice, controlled by master volume, master tone, and a 3-way toggle. Two additional mini-toggle EQ switches function as high-pass filters, reducing low-frequency content for a clearer and more focused response.
The hardware package includes a PRS Gen III patented tremolo and Phase III locking tuners with Wing Buttons. Limited to only 300 instruments worldwide, each guitar includes a 40th Anniversary certificate signed by Paul Reed Smith.
