Matchmaker MDB-101 Passive Direct Box with Cabinet Emulation
Quantum Audio Designs Matchmaker MDB-101 passive direct box in good working condition.
The MDB-101 accepts instrument-, line- or speaker-level signals and provides a balanced low-impedance XLR output for connection to a mixer, recording interface or PA system. Features include a 1/4-inch thru output, selectable input level, ground lift and switchable cabinet emulation.
Useful for guitar, bass, keyboards, live sound and recording. The cabinet-emulation option can also provide a speaker-shaped direct signal from a guitar amplifier.
Shows normal cosmetic wear from use, including some wear to the graphics, as pictured. No power supply is required. Unit only.
Important: This is not a load box. When using a tube amplifier’s speaker output, a properly matched speaker or external load must remain connected through the THRU jack.
