Yes I agree that DILLION Necks are better than Fenders. I have both models of your SRV Strat and they play far better than my over priced custom shop Strats. I don't know why people spend so much money on a neck when this Dillion is the same..  Thanks Frank

Played that guitar HARD tonight at rehearsal and I do have to say its one of THE  BEST NECKS I have EVER PLAYED ON! I own multiple Les Pauls, Takamines, Strats, ESP'S and a Tom Anderson drop top. this is right up there with those. Why do musicians think if you throw $$$ at something's supposed to be better??? One of the reasons why I bought your product versus an actual fender for Warmouth neck is because I'm big on supporting small businesses and I think an independent Guitar Luthier does a better job in quality control and overall build quality, than the larger production manufacturers for the most part. Tony my man. The neck I just bought has the best fretwork I have ever seen or felt. I don't see how it's possible to cut and round them off, install them on the neck not even to the edges so perfectly across the whole length of the neck is absolutely incredible.

  WHAT IS ROASTED ?

Roasted maple necks undergo a special kiln drying process which involves heating the wood to over 200 degrees in a special kiln, removing the moisture from the wood. This process vulcanizes the wood, making it stronger. The big advantage is that after this process, the wood becomes much less susceptible to moisture and climate changes, resulting in a more stable and predictable neck. This will also minimize the need for adjustments . This process will also greatly enhances the color and bring out the figuring of the wood and also adds sustain.
