Martin Custom Shop HD-28 Inspired Acoustic Guitar W/Case -

Description: Built exclusively for Sound of Music, this Martin Custom Shop Dreadnought delivers everything players love about a vintage-inspired HD-28 while adding a stunning set of premium Wild Grain East Indian Rosewood. The combination of a Grade 4 spruce top, forward-shifted Golden Era scalloped bracing, and Martin's traditional dovetail neck joint produces the powerful bass response, rich overtones, and dynamic projection that have made Martin dreadnoughts the benchmark for acoustic tone. The premium Wild Grain East Indian Rosewood back and sides provide exceptional visual character while enhancing the guitar's deep low end and shimmering highs. Golden Era hand-shaped scalloped bracing gives this instrument a remarkably responsive feel, allowing it to excel whether you're digging into bluegrass flatpicking, accompanying vocals, or fingerstyle playing. Classic Martin appointments include Diamonds & Squares Long fingerboard inlays in select abalone, a Style 28 rosette with a vintage-inspired 1930s multicolor rope center ring, bone nut and saddle, and Grover Sta-Tite vintage tuners. The gloss body finish highlights the beauty of the tonewoods, while the satin neck offers a smooth, comfortable playing experience. This Custom Shop build captures the essence of Martin's most beloved rosewood dreadnoughts while offering a unique visual personality that makes it truly one of a kind.
