Les Paul Custom Figured

Peacock

** 1 of 10 Produced **

This listing is for a SUPER RARE, LIMITED RUN 2017 GIBSON USA LES PAUL CUSTOM FIGURED in Peacock Finish. What do you get the discerning guitar player that seems to have it all? This stunning Les Paul Custom in a very limited Peacock finish is near the top of that list. This is the second, and last one that I have owned of this run. It really lights up a room something special. If you call Gibson, they will tell you they used a 496R in the Neck and has 3 Push / Pull knobs for single coil tapping and phase reversal.

THIS WAS A SPECIAL ORDER, VERY LIMITED RUN!

Call our friends at Gibson with the serial number CS 700804 and they will verify this stunning Peacock. When I owned the other one from this run, Gibson told me that only 10 were made. The other guitar's serial number was close to this guitar's, and according to Gibson they were both stamped the same day and shipped for original sale to Guitar Center. The Les Paul Custom has signified excellence and a expert craftsmanship. Add this very hard to find Peacock color finish along with the electronics and you have something really special. The pictures are great however they do not capture the real beauty and uniqueness of this Les Paul.

ONE OF TEN PRODUCED – YUP, THIS ONE IS RARE.

I am happy to report this Les Paul Custom is in EXCELLENT Condition. Kept in a temperature controlled, smoke free home, when you open the Lifton Case, YOU CAN STILL SMELL THE NEW GIBSON GUITAR AROMA. If you do not know what I mean, when you get a new Gibson Les Paul like this, there is a sweet scent from the guitar's finish that really enhances the experience when you first get it home. Some of you know what Im talking about. THIS ONE HAS IT.

Back to the condition-- EXCELLENT. I can’t find any nicks or chips to tell you about. The Hardware is a mirror shine, the deep dark wood of the fingerboard is clean and shows equally great. Headstock, neck and side body are super clean as well. Not even a mark by the input jack that I can find.

Flip over to the rear body and it is just a glossy, mirror shine. Look at all the photos. No rash or patches of scratches on the rear body either. I am overly picky so I have a photo of the bottom rear body, just under the cavity access cover, and I have a bright light to enhance two very faint, small scratches just barely into the clear coat. I have a pencil tip next to them so you can see. Most people would never find them if I didnt mention them. Along the top edge of the headstock there is a red'ish tint, probably from sitting in the case. Where you would hang a guitar under the headstock curves, the right and left side have slight discoloration. Again, most people would never notice unless youre looking upright. Full disclosure. This is a World Class Les Paul Custom Peacock and you need to know it all.

THIS ONE WEIGHS IN 9.8 POUNDS and GIBSON PUT A 496R in the neck position and it has 3 push/pull knobs for single coil tapping capability and phase reversal. All stock and special ordered for this run.
