Engineered for explosive performance and effortless playability, the EVH Wolfgang Special TOM carries forward the iconic legacy of Eddie Van Halen. Built with a resonant basswood body featuring an arched top, this axe delivers balanced warmth and clarity that effortlessly cuts through a dense mix. Its bolt-on quartersawn baked maple neck is carved to Eddie's exacting specifications, offering enhanced stability and a lightning-fast feel thanks to the hand-rubbed satin finish and 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard.
At the heart of this tone machine is a pair of flagship direct-mounted EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbucking pickups. Mounted straight to the body for maximum energy transfer, these pickups deliver punchy dynamics, articulate highs, and singing sustain ideal for soaring leads and crushing rhythm work. Paired with a low-friction volume pot with a treble bleed circuit and a fully adjustable compensated bridge with fine tuners, this guitar offers pure rock performance without missing a beat.
