Quested V2108 - Excellent Condition + Original Boxes

I'm selling my pair of Quested V2108 active reference monitors, purchased new in 2018 and used exclusively in my clean, smoke-free studio.

If you know Quested, you'll know these are serious professional monitors. The V2108 has been part of the Quested range for decades and has built a formidable reputation in recording, mixing and mastering studios. Accuracy, power, exceptional imaging and a sound that remains musical and non-fatiguing over long working sessions.

Each V2108 is a fully active 2-way monitor with an 8-inch bass driver and soft-dome tweeter, each powered by its own 200W RMS amplifier — so that's 400W of amplification per speaker.

They're capable of being extremely revealing without becoming harsh or clinical. The stereo imaging is superb, the mid-range exceptionally clear

Both speakers are in flawless working order and excellent cosmetic condition, with only very minor signs of normal use. I also have both original Quested shipping boxes and the original factory packing materials, all in pristine condition — particularly useful given the size and weight of these monitors.

Why the V2108?

One of the things I've always appreciated about these monitors is that they manage to combine accuracy with musicality.

There are plenty of monitors that reveal detail, but some can become tiring after several hours of working. The Questeds give you the information you need — particularly through the mid-range, stereo image and low-frequency balance — while still sounding like music.

They also have considerably more power than their dimensions might suggest. With 400W of Class AB amplification in each cabinet, they move from detailed nearfield listening to much higher monitoring levels without the sound becoming strained.

Shipping / Collection

Because these are substantial monitors — 46kg for the pair before packaging — they will be shipped as two separate insured parcels in their original Quested boxes.

Collection is also very welcome and, given their weight, may be the easiest option for a UK buyer.

International shipping will be limited to destinations where I can arrange an appropriate tracked and insured courier service.

These have served me extremely well, but I'm currently reorganising some of my studio equipment and it's time for them to find a new home.
